We are building the world's first continuous lactate tracker, think CGM, but for lactate, and we are looking for a Full-Stack AI Engineer to own the software behind it.

This is not a role where you pick a lane. You will own the full product stack: the app that receives real-time sensor data over Bluetooth, the UI that makes a continuous lactate curve readable to an elite athlete mid-session, the backend that stores and processes that data, and the AI layer that turns raw signal into actionable insight. You will use every tool available, to move faster than a team twice our size.

We are not looking for someone who needs a spec to get started. We are looking for someone who reads a problem, makes a decision, and ships. If you have strong opinions about how software should be built and the skills to back them up, we want to talk.

We only accept applicants that are EU citizens already living in Denmark or willing to relocate to Denmark. If this does not apply to you, please do not apply. We are unable to assist with visas.

What you will own:

  • Build and maintain the NDURE app, including Bluetooth data reception from the sensor, real-time lactate display, session logging, and calibration workflow.

  • Design and implement the UI/UX, turning continuous physiological data into something an athlete can read and act on mid-session without distraction.

  • Build the backend, data storage, processing pipelines, and APIs that serve lactate data reliably across devices and sessions.

  • Develop the AI and algorithmic layer, translating raw sensor signal into lactate concentration, identifying thresholds, and generating personalized training insights.

  • Work directly with the CTO and sensor team to integrate software with hardware, understanding what the sensor produces and building software that handles it correctly.

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Are a strong generalist, you have shipped frontend, backend, and data work and you do not think of them as separate jobs.

  • Have experience with mobile or cross-platform development and are comfortable with Bluetooth/BLE data handling.

  • Use AI tools as a core part of how you work, not as an afterthought.

  • Care about UI/UX, you understand that a lactate curve shown badly is useless to an athlete, and you know how to fix that.

  • Have worked with data pipelines, signal processing, or sensor data, or are confident you can learn fast.

  • You want ownership, not just a task list.

  • You move quickly and ship things that are good enough to learn from rather than waiting for perfect.

What we offer:

  • Full-time, paid position with equity warrants, you will have a real stake in what we build.

  • Work directly with the executive team on the product and commercial partnerships that define the company.

  • Complete ownership of the software stack, no backlogs managed by someone else, no tickets assigned top-down.

  • A problem that has never been solved before: making continuous lactate data useful to athletes in real time.

  • Join a team building something that has never existed before.

This is a rare opportunity to join NDURE at the earliest stage with real momentum behind it.

Ready to build something that has never been built before?
