Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the NDURE website at ndure.dk and the purchase of any products or services offered by NDURE ApS. By using our website or making a purchase you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

NDURE ApS is a Danish sports technology company building the world's first continuous lactate tracker. NDURE Labs is our pre-launch performance session offering athletes the opportunity to experience continuous lactate tracking for the first time.

2. NDURE Labs Sessions

NDURE Labs is a performance session held at our lab at DTU, Kongens Lyngby, Copenhagen. Each session lasts approximately 2 to 3 hours and includes a personally designed cycling protocol, continuous lactate tracking using the NDURE Sens 1 sensor, and a full personal performance report delivered within 7 days of your session.

Your report will include your lactate threshold, your continuous lactate curve, and your personal training zones.

To participate you must be 18 years of age or older and in good physical health with no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation in a structured exercise session. If you have any health concerns we recommend consulting a medical professional before booking.

Bring your own cycling shoes, kit, and water bottle. We provide the bike, the sensor, and all other equipment.

3. Booking and Payment

A deposit of €100 is charged at the time of booking to reserve your spot. This deposit is non-refundable except in the circumstances described in Section 4.

The remaining balance is charged after your session is completed. The total price will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. NDURE ApS does not store your payment card details.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled session time and receive a full refund including your deposit.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled session your deposit will not be refunded.

If NDURE cancels your session for any reason you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

If the data collected during your session is inaccurate or unusable due to sensor performance, NDURE will assess the situation and may offer a full or partial refund or a complimentary repeat session at our discretion.

Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Waitlist

By joining the NDURE waitlist and accepting our Privacy Policy you agree to receive email communications from NDURE including product updates, launch announcements, and relevant news. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the NDURE website including text, images, videos, logos, and branding is owned by NDURE ApS. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

NDURE ApS's liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for your session. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in NDURE Labs sessions. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for personal injury caused by our negligence.

8. Health and Safety

Participation in NDURE Labs sessions involves physical exertion. By booking a session you confirm that you are in good physical health and that you accept the physical demands of a structured cycling performance test. NDURE ApS accepts no liability for injury resulting from undisclosed health conditions.

9. Pre-Commercial Technology

NDURE Labs uses pre-commercial sensor technology. While we are confident in the quality of our data, we do not guarantee specific accuracy thresholds at this stage of development. Our refund policy in Section 4 reflects our commitment to fairness in this context.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email where possible. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Danish law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
